Not your traditional brew. This PeliBean comes all the way from Ethiopia. It has a floral and fruity nose that in our opinion takes about 60 seconds after brewing to reach the perfect taste. We love it black from a pour over, aero press, or french press but it pairs nice with a little milk foam or heavy cream.
